How Does Reiki Work?
Reiki practitioners are attuned to a special frequency that can channel universal life force energy to the recipient.
The practitioners hands are placed at various chakra points throughout the body, or it can be around 15cm above the body, whichever the person receiving it prefers. Energy goes where its needed most.
The length of time I leave my hands in each position is determined by the flow of energy through my hands at each location.
